Services Offered

Navigating the ever-changing presentations of dementia diagnoses can be challenging, stressful, and frustrating. Dementia In Detail can mitigate all the challenges by providing caregivers with strategies to support their loved one, reduce caregiver burnout, and prioritize joyful memories. Please note, Dementia In Detail is not a caregiving service; rather, it functions as an ongoing resource for caregivers. See below for detailed descriptions of services offered.

Initial Consultation

An initial consultation will provide educational opportunities for caregivers to enhance safety, facilitate calming the central nervous system, communication methods, and explore unique strategies to promote autonomy and independence.

Continued Consultation

As the adult living with dementia continues through the stages of their diagnosis, continued consultations are offered to update strategies within the living environment, safety procedures, and communication methods. Continued consultations explore avenues to continue reducing stress in meaningful ways. Consultations will be offered on a weekly and monthly basis.

Personalized Tools

Dementia In Detail offers the creation of personalized tools to implement into the adult's personal environment. Digital copies of created material will be provided within a 7-day period.
