At our initial consultation, we’ll take the time to understand the unique needs of the caregiver and their loved one. This personalized approach allows us to create an individualized coaching plan tailored specifically to meet the family's needs. Your journey toward effective caregiving begins here, with a focus on compassion and understanding.
Service Fee: $300/hour
Continued Coaching
Dementia In Detail is dedicated to supporting you every step of your caregiving journey. We offer additional coaching opportunities weekly, biweekly, monthly, and bimonthly, designed to help you further refine your skills as you care for your loved one navigating dementia. Choose from one-hour or two-hour sessions to best fit your schedule and needs. Together, we can ensure you have the tools and support necessary for this important role. References to community resources and translation of complex medical documents are included in this service.
Service Fee: $200/hour
Personalized Tool Development
Safety is our top priority. We specialize in creating tools that enhance your loved one's environment. From thoughtful images to redirect away from hazards to supportive visuals for self-care tasks, our goal is to promote independence and autonomy for living with dementia. Let us help you create a safer, more nurturing space for your loved one.
Service Fee: $75/hour
On Call Guidance
Dementia In Detail understands the challenges of caring for someone with dementia. We are here to support you during stressful times by providing assistance with redirection, decalation, and problem-solving. Our dedicated team is on-call during business hours to help you navigate these difficulties, ensuring you don't have face them alone. Reach out to us for the support you need.
Service Fee: $25/15-minutes
Therapy Dog Interactions
At Dementia In Detail, we understand the profound impact that animal therapy can have on emotional well-being. Our therapy dog, Sophie, is here to provide comforting interactions that foster a sense of safety and help calm the central nervous system. We are excited to coordinate sessions that allow individuals to experience the soothing benefits of animal companionship. Together, we can enhance the quality of life for those we serve.
Service Fee: $45/30-minutes

We provide individualized coaching to enhance in-home care outcomes, improve interactions with staff in assisted living environments, and maximize safety for those affected. Please note that our services are not covered by insurance, and payment is required at the time of service. We accept various payment methods, including cash, cards checks, and Venmo.
Driving Fees
Dementia In Detail is proud to serve the Front Range of Colorado. If you choose an in-home consultation, please note that an additional fee for milage will be added to your invoice.
